SellMyTenants.com is a house buying company. Our parent company, Freedom Home Buyers LLC is a family owned company, founded by Ryan Saulle.
We offer tired landlords an opportunity to sell their properties with tenant problems, non-paying renters (or in the process of evicting a tenant), damaged houses due to renter’s negligence, vacant, or hard to rent properties. As cash buyers, we have the ability to buy properties in AS-IS condition, without the need for a traditional inspection a conventional, VA or FHA financed buyer will need. No repair needs to be made by the owner; and any unwanted personal properties inside does not need to be cleared out.
It doesn’t matter if there is a lease with the renters, in the process of evicting the tenant, or if the property is currently vacant, we buy them all! Our goal is to help landlords out of bad situations by buying their properties at a fair price. Best of all, we can close on it as soon as 7 days.
There are no commission fees and no real estate agent or brokers involved. We pay all the fees involved with the closing. We do all the paperworks to make sure all the details are taken care of, so you don’t have to. We make this a simple, straight forward and easy to understand process for you.

Ryan Saulle | Founder
Ryan previously worked for the Department of Education for 5 years before leaving to start the company. In his late 20’s seeking a career change, he was introduced to real estate through his brother and instantly developed a love for it. After months of researching the topic, he came to realize that the house buying industry has grown a bad reputation over the years. In July of 2017, Freedom Home Buyers was started with the core focus on putting the clients needs first. As founder, Ryan leads with honesty, integrity, and understands the value of a good company reputation. When not working, Ryan enjoys traveling, camping, skiing and spending quality time with family, friends and his girlfriend.Jason Saulle | Co-Founder
Jason has been in the construction business for many years and managed numerous renovation projects in the New York / New Jersey area. Through this experience, real estate has become a passion. Using his business background, knowledge of the local market and management experience, he is able to help home sellers evaluate their options. When not working, Jason enjoys family time with his wife and two children.
Michael Lee | Partner
Michael specializes on building internal infrastructures and marketing for the company. He previously owned an e-commerce company buying and selling goods online. Graduated from Baruch College with a degree in marketing, Michael is also a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. When not work Michael enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, his dog Maui the golden retriever, reading and traveling.
